In early 2007, TRA acquired MVS Australia, a leading Recruitment Supply
Chain Management solutions business. Continuing to operate as a wholly
owned subsidiary of TRA, MVS provides various end-to-end recruitment supply
chain management solutions, offering corporate clients, specialist supply
chain consulting firms as well as recruitment suppliers with fully
transparent and equitable procurement platforms for recruitment process
management. The solutions are available through a traditional BPO model,
or more recently as a hosted ASP solution that customers/partners can
drive.

hosted ASP basis.
