An Australian Retailer
required 50 support staff to assist in the roll out of their new point of sale
software, nationwide. This included teams required for all major cities
together with regional and remote centres. TRA developed structure teams of
roll-out engineers being deployed to various locations within Australia,
subsequently rolling out the software by state until all sites were upgraded.
The success of this project saw TRA awarded Preferred Supplier status.
